Women Power Initiatives

With the rise of the concepts of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment in the workplace, there is still a growing societal annoyance, despite the installation of different steps to prevent such activities. The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at Workplace Act of India, 2013 mandates every organization to define their sexual harassment policies, prevention systems, procedures and service rules for its employees. Certified by Government of India Empanelment, our founder Dr.Raghavi, partners with organizations to design in helping you empower your Internal Committee; strengthen your process around Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) training and compliance and proactively to build a safe workplace.
